TTAB Posts December 2012 Hearing Schedule

The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board has scheduled three (3) oral hearings for the month of December, as listed below. The hearings will be held in the East Wing of the Madison Building, in Alexandria, Virginia. December 6, 2012 - 11 AM: In re Nortech Investments Ltd., Serial No. 77843825 [Refusal to register DOGRACING.COM for "providing an on-line computer database in the field of gaming, athletic competition and entertainment information" on the grounds of genericness or mere descriptiveness].

December 6, 2012 - 2 PM: In re Lydia Anne Juge, Serial No. 76704219 [Section 2(e)(1) mere descriptiveness refusal of ANTIQUES OF PARIS, in standard character form, for "retail store services featuring international antiques" [ANTIQUES disclaimed].

December 18, 2012 - 11 AM: In re Isaac Daniel Group, Inc., Serial No. 77885250 [Section 2(e)(1) mere descriptiveness refusal of COVERT ALARM LOCATOR APPARATUS for "shoes, footwear, t-shirts, sports shirts, sports jerseys, sports jackets, sports pants, track pants, sports fleece pullover"].
